During the course of their voluntary service, volunteers have the support of supervisors who guide them and reflect on the learning process. Volunteers also have their mentors. A mentor is a friend who helps the volunteer to fill up his/her free time and become familiar with local community.
Another key role within is played by the voluntary service coordinator. In addition to coordinating the INVY programme, coordinators lead seminars and also supervision sessions with the volunteers. They support the learning of both the volunteer and the supervisor.
If you like to volunteer in our organization, please contact our partner organization in your home country. You can find the list of organizations and additional information on EDYN network here.
