Round Table for Supervisors I

The Round Table for Supervisors is already a traditional event in the InterVIA program. Twice a year, supervisors of our international volunteers meet with program coordinators to share information, exchange good and bad experience, strengthen mutual cooperation, and gain new impulses for their future work.

The meeting took place during Advent time on 8th December 2025 at KLUB ON LINE Karviná, a low-threshold facility for children and youth. Whether the participants are long-time supervisors or they are new in their positions, accompanying a foreign volunteer means always unique experience bringing new challenges and life situation. Therefore, during the seminar, there was space for both individual reflections and group discussions, which gave the supervisors opportunity to analyse their current experience from their journey with their volunteers and inspire and motivate each other. For the coordinators, this meeting was again an important source of feedback thanks to which the InterVIA program continues to develop.

We would like to thank all the supervisors for this pre-Christmas meeting 🎄 and we are already looking forward to the second Round Table in spring 2026! ✨
