Roundtable for supervisors II: sharing, motivation, and inspiration ✨

On May 6 and 14, 2025, the traditional Round Table for Supervisors II took place, this time hosted at schools in Starý Bohumín and Český Těšín. The meetings offered a friendly atmosphere, a space to share experiences, and discussions focused on supporting volunteers 🤝.

Both experienced supervisors and newcomers took part. Together, they reflected on challenges and successes - topics included mini-projects, language barriers, cultural differences, and motivation to learn Czech 🌍🗣️.

The second part of the program focused on motivation - not only for volunteers but for supervisors themselves. The power of small gestures like thank-yous and praise was emphasized 🙌. Supervisors also appreciated opportunities for personal growth and the support of coordinating teams 🌱.

The seminar concluded with a shared lunch 🍽️ and informal conversations. The result was not only valuable experience-sharing but also strengthened collaboration and fresh inspiration for future work 💡.
