Supervisors' roundtable

Another great event "Supervisors' Roundtable" is behind us! 💥

We invited  supervisors,  who've been guiding our international volunteers this year, to meet in a small village Těrlicko to reflect on their "learning journey". We wanted to create a space for mutual learning through the sharing of experience. 🎓 

The meeting was a pilot version and we rate it as very successful and we are planning a follow-up session soon.

What was the meeting focused on?
▶ Individual preparation of participants: reflecting on milestones of their journey with volunteer,
▶ group sharing of good and bad practice,
▶ advent quiz as a form of energiser,
▶ deepening practical knowledge,
▶ a window for questions.

Sometimes there is too much going on at work. These events make us feel more connected between people, more motivated by each other and it also brings sense that we are all in the same boat. 🚤 (Katka and Mirka, coordinators)
